Serafyma is a Product Lead at District Cyber, bringing over 6 years of experience in product and project management. She has a proven track record of building and scaling digital products across diverse industries, including FinTech, AI, healthcare, wellness, and CRM systems.
Before joining District Cyber, Serafyma served as Chief Product Officer at a FinTech startup, where she led the development of innovative web and mobile applications. Her expertise spans end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy and vision to execution and delivery.
She is deeply experienced in agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Lean, and Kanban, enabling her to drive collaboration, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Olena oversees people and culture at District Cyber. With 10+ years of experience in project management and HR, she ensures smooth operations, efficient recruitment, and strong team communication.
Her background in public health and NGO program management gives her a strong foundation in stakeholder coordination, compliance, and team development. Certified in project management and fluent in three languages, Olena creates a structured, inclusive environment where both teams and projects thrive.

Senior Product Designer
Alex is a seasoned product designer with a passion for turning complex systems into intuitive digital experiences. At District Cyber, he leads the design of user-centric SaaS interfaces, from early research and wireframes to polished UI components and branding systems.
With 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design, Alex has built end-to-end design frameworks, optimized UX for critical features like video playback and data visualization, and led major redesigns that significantly boosted user productivity. He works fluently with Figma, Zeplin, Jira, and modern design systems to deliver scalable, cross-functional solutions.

Volodymyr is a highly skilled QA specialist with 8+ years of experience in web, mobile, and desktop testing. At District Cyber, he leads end-to-end QA processes - from designing test strategies to implementing automation frameworks with Java, Cypress, and RestAssured. He also manages releases and mentors QA team members.
Previously, Volodymyr held QA leadership roles at Nova Digital and Virtido, where he managed teams and oversaw quality for high-load systems. His precision, technical depth, and ability to prevent critical issues before they reach production make him an essential figure in our delivery success.
AI Solution Architect
Dmytro is an exceptional AI Solutions Architect with over 30 years of experience delivering intelligent solutions across healthcare, autonomous systems, industrial automation, and secure infrastructure. At District Cyber, he applies his deep expertise to architect and deploy AI systems that perform reliably in complex, real-time environments.
Throughout his career, he has built machine learning models for clinical diagnostics, developed speech-to-text platforms for multilingual interaction, designed anomaly detection for critical security systems, and implemented edge AI on microcontrollers for resource-constrained devices.
